What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

We ship all of our items via UPS. All of our items ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.
